What this site collects, in plain words.
This page covers megaiq.co, the marketing site you are reading now. Kayl, our free buying health check, is a separate product with its own account and its own, longer notice: How Kayl uses your data.

This site
We measure visits with PostHog, on PostHog's servers in the European Union (eu.i.posthog.com). Nothing is stored on your device: no cookies, no local or session storage, no fingerprinting, so each page load starts fresh and we cannot link one visit to the next.
Each page view is sent to PostHog as its own record: the page address, the page you came from, your browser and device type, your network address, and a rough location worked out from it.
It counts a page view when you arrive and a page leave when you go, and, where we add them, actions we name ourselves, such as a button click. It does not record your screen, does not watch you type, and does not build a profile that follows you between visits: with nothing stored in your browser, a return visit looks like a new one to us. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we honour it and nothing is measured.
We run no advertising pixels, no social-network trackers, and no other analytics on this site.
The First Cycle form
The form on /first-cycle asks for your name, work email, company, revenue band, the kind of work you want to fix, and a few sentences on what hurts most. When you submit it, that goes straight into an email to hello@megaiq.co, sent through Resend, the email service we use to deliver it. We do not save your answers in a database. The email lands in our hello@megaiq.co mailbox, which is hosted by Zoho Mail, and Resend keeps its own record of the email it delivered. A real person reads it within one working day. You also get an automatic reply from the same address, so your response has somewhere to land.
To stop the form being used to flood an inbox, we briefly note the network address a submission came from. That note is kept in the server's working memory only, to hold off a burst of requests, and is never written to a database or file. Vercel's firewall also counts requests per address, for the same reason.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's servers see the same technical details any host needs to deliver a page to your browser: your network address, your browser type, and the page you asked for. We do not add cookies or trackers of our own on top of what is described above.
What we do not do
We do not sell what little we collect, share it with other companies for their own use, or use it to build a profile of you across other sites. We read analytics as totals and do not try to identify you from it, and we do not build a profile from it that follows you between visits.
Your choices
To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@megaiq.co. A person reads every request and replies from that address.
The analytics described above hold no name, email or cookie, so there is nothing in them we could match to you.
Kayl, our free buying check, collects more, because it has to.
It reads your answers to build your report. Level 2, which will read files you choose to upload, is not open yet. All of it is covered on its own page.
